MAKOR LAUNCHES ITAM SERVICENOW INTEGRATION IN RESPONSE TO INDUSTRY DEMAND
Makor Solutions is announcing the release of a new integration with ServiceNow’s cloud platform. The integration of the Makor ERP and ServiceNow was done to help improve end-of-life transparency and empower Makor’s customers to provide an even higher level of service to its end customers. The IT organizations that use ServiceNow to manage their companies’ assets can now monitor all disposal activities.

The Makor ERP platform helps IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) companies handle every aspect of reselling or disposing of technological equipment. The solution helps companies and their customers gain insight into the entire refurbishing and resale process, including the most important step: Safe removal of proprietary data. The integration updates ServiceNow records every time an event occurs with the ITAD contractor, whether it’s wiping data, recycling or reselling equipment. The organization will have an ongoing record of everything occurring with its equipment in ServiceNow, making it easier to identify data breaches and other security issues if they arise.
S3 Recycling Solutions, a Nashville-based electronics recycling company, is the first to fully implement the ServiceNow integration with its clients.
